KEITH SANDERS WATERCOLORS

WATERCOLORS ON PAPER

Keith Sanders first started painting with watercolors when he was 14 years old and just beginning high school. His high school art teacher, Andrew Lester, got him started in watercolors and he has been in love with the medium ever since. After attending Art Center School of Design in Los Angeles, CA in 1952, he decided to concentrate on watercolors. He also continued to work in oils, and later, in acrylics as well as drawing and printmaking. Today, his paintings are in collections throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia.

WATERCOLORS ON CANVAS

For several years, Keith Sanders has been working on a special watercolor canvas which, when framed, does not require glass or a mat.

Usually these are framed with a 2 to 3 inch off white liner.
